Nick Feller was named UC San Diego's Associate Athletics Director for Marketing and Fan Engagement in 2017.
Feller was previously UCSD's Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing and Ticket Sales from 2007-17. He is responsible for all branding, social media, game-day atmosphere, marketing and ticketing aspects of UCSD's 23 intercollegiate sports programs. In addition, Feller serves as the sport administrator for the Triton men's and women's cross country and track and field programs.
Feller came to UCSD from the University of Oregon, where he was an Athletic Marketing Assistant from 2006-07. He was responsible for the event coordination of Fan Day, as well as maintaining operations for the Jr. Duck Club and Jerry's Kids. Feller was also the lead designer for camp and ticket brochures, and the department's schedule cards.
Feller was also an Assistant Director of Marketing in 2005-06 at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
Feller received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, in December of 2005. He majored in sports administration, with a minor in marketing, and was a two-year letterwinner on the track and field team.
Feller, an Iowa native, and his wife, Julie, welcomed their first child, son Cameron, in August of 2015. He is an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks and Bulls.
