Sarah Zetlmeisl was named Athletics Communications Assistant in January of 2017. She is the primary contact for Triton women's basketball, cross country, softball, track & field and water polo.
Zetlmeisl spent the past year and a half as a member of the Frostburg State University Athletic Communications staff. In 2015, she was the graduate assistant, before being promoted to the top assistant in 2016. Zetlmeisl served as the primary contact for women's volleyball, men's and women's swimming, women's basketball and softball, while also assisting with men's basketball, soccer and field hockey.
Zetlmeisl is a 2015 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, earning a degree in marketing. She worked as a student intern for the Panthers' media relations department in 2014-2015 and assisted with the second and third rounds of the 2015 men's NCAA Basketball Tournament.
While at Pitt, Zetlmeisl earned four varsity letters as a breaststroke specialist on the women's swimming and diving team.
A native of New Windsor, Md., Zetlmeisl grew up in the Baltimore area and is currently pursuing her MBA from Frostburg State University.
