AS A FRESHMAN IN 2011: Had a brief introduction to collegiate soccer as a freshman in 2011, appearing in two matches as a part of the Tritons defensive line, his first against Cal State East Bay (10/2), then again versus San Francisco State (10/28).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Yucaipa High School in Yucaipa ... Started every match for the Thunderbirds during his sophomore and junior seasons ... Also lettered in volleyball ... Played club soccer for Man U F.C. during his sophomore and junior seasons before moving to Arsenal F.C. for his senior campaign.

PERSONAL: Born Dec. 28, 1992 in Redlands ... Parents are Karen and Thomas McClure, both are journalists ... Has an older brother named Jacob, and a younger sister named Maggie ... Hopes to successfully own his own business or continue a career in soccer after his undergraduate studies ... Enjoys being with friends and family when not on the pitch ...
