LA JOLLA, Calif. - Due to anticipated inclement weather on Saturday, March 10, the four-game series between No. 25 University of California San Diego and Cal State East Bay has been moved up to a primetime Thursday, March 8, start in La Jolla.
The first game of the series is slated for Thursday, and will begin at 8:15 p.m at UC San Diego's Triton Softball Field. Admission is free to all Triton home games.
The Tritons are off to an impressive 15-4 start and are riding a six-game win streak at the moment. Freshman pitcher Robyn Wampler threw 12.1 scoreless innings against the Cougars, and improved her record to 12-2 on the season.
