Jacob Hollingsworth was named the UC San Diego Athletics Department Ticket Operations Director in July of 2018.
His duties include implementing a new ticketing system,
managing game-day ticketing and developing a season ticket strategy.
Prior to joining UC San Diego, Hollingsworth was the Director of Season Tickets at Northern Arizona beginning in August of 2017.
Hollingsworth oversaw game-day ticket operations and managed the ticket office for all major sports which included football.
He also managed season ticket sales and renewals as well as orchestrating sponsorship and client fulfillment.
Hollingsworth was familiar to NAU after spending two years in the ticket office as a graduate assistant where he assisted with all major fundraisers and special events for NAU athletics.
Between his stints at NAU, Hollingsworth was the box office manager at Pepsi Amphitheater in Flagstaff, Ariz. He managed the ticket office for concerts and special events, compiled reports and audits for each event and developed policies and procedures for ticket operations
Hollingsworth received his master’s in educational leadership with an emphasis on community college and higher education from Northern Arizona in May of 2017.
He graduated from Truman State University in December of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science with an emphasis on education.
