As a Sophomore in 2008-09: Competed at the 2009 National Collegiate Fencing Championships in University Park, Pa., winning twice and recording 44 touches... advanced to the championships after placing second at the NCAA West Regional held in Palo Alto, Calif.

At Cal State Fullerton: Competed during the 2007-08 season under head coach Michael Hinojos.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Ralston Valley High School in Arvada, Colo... won the Golden Sabre Award at the Colorado Fencing Academy in 2006 and 2007 and was team captain those same years.

Personal: Born on Oct. 25, 1988... parents are William and Barbara Ott, both of whom attended Colorado State... has a younger sister named Amanda... a Sociology major and Philosophy minor at Warren College... interests include fencing, political science and history.
