AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2009: Ehrman returned to the court in 2009 after missing the 2008 season with an injury... recorded at least 10 kills in 18 different matches... notched a season-high 19 kills against Stanford on April 4... tallied three aces in back-to-back matches against Pepperdine and Hawaii... notched a season-high six blocks in a five set win against Hawaii on March 14.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007: Finished second on the team with 328 kills which ranks in the single-season top-20 at UCSD... also notched 1.15 digs per game and a team-high 23 aces... recorded at least 10 kills in 19 matches... recorded at least 20 kills four times, including a high of 23 at BYU... notched a double-double with 13 kills and 11 digs against Princeton.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Punahou School where he helped the volleyball team capture the 2005 State Championship... also participated for the Boys Junior Olympics with the Outrigger Canoe Club.

PERSONAL: Born April 4, 1988... parents are Peter and Karen Ehrman... parents are UCLA graduates... Peter played volleyball at UCLA and won two national championships and was a two-time all-american... has a sibling named Brooke... a Literature major in Roosevelt College.
