High School: Attended Sacred Heart Prep where he earned second team all-WCAL honors... team went 27-3 and earned the WCAL Championship and the CCS Championship... also participated on the Stanford Water Polo Club team from 2004-08... finished in seventh-place at the Junior Olympics in 2008.

Personal: Born April 6, 1990... parents are Kurt Bausback and Mary Kiely... parents are Stanford graduates... has two siblings named Ian and Katharine... older brother Ian also played on the water polo team... a Management Science major and International Studies minor in Roosevelt College.
