UCSD students and children under seven are admitted free to all regular season home games. Tickets for all games at RIMAC Arena are available at the main entrance on game day. General admission prices are $10 for adults (ages seven and up) and $5 for seniors (ages 65 and up), visiting students and UCSD Alumni Association members. AIR BALL
For the third consecutive season, a majority of UCSD's men's basketball games will be broadcast by ESPN Radio 1700 AM. A total of 17 non-conference and California Collegiate Athletic Association games will be on air, including all home league games and select road conference games. Craig Elsten, in his fifth season as the voice of Triton men's and women's basketball during online broadcasts, serves as the play-by-play announcer. GOING LIVE
All UCSD home games will feature a free live video stream that will be coupled with the audio from the ESPN Radio 1700 AM broadcast. You can access the video/audio feed by clicking here. In addition, all home games will be covered by live stats, which can be viewed by clicking here.

COACH AND COACH
First-year UCSD head coach Eric Olen will be a weekly guest on The Mighty 1090's "Coach" Kentera Show all season long. Olen will join host John Kentera live this Thursday, Feb. 6, at 8:30 p.m.

UCSD ranks among the top 50 teams in the nation in scoring defense (30th, 67.3), fewest turnovers (45th, 214), three-pointers/game (46th, 8.5) and three-point attempts (47th, 444). James McCann ranks 15th in assists/game (6.3), 20th in assist/turnover ratio (3.0) and 22nd in total assists (114).

HITTING THE BOOKS
On Feb. 1, James McCann recorded his 415th career assist, taking over UCSD's Division II record. The all-time school record is 496 by Darvin Jackson (1988-92). McCann can be found all over UCSD's DII career lists, including free throws made (1st, 392), points (2nd, 1,213), field goals attempted (2nd, 890), free throws attempted (2nd, 487), steals (2nd, 82), games started (2nd, 98), minutes (3rd, 3,061), field goals made (4th, 358), three-point field goals made (6th, 105), three-pointers attempted (6th, 313) and games played (8th, 99).

McMORE ON McCANN
Earlier this season, James McCann scored his 1,000th career point. He entered the year with 934 and his 11-point performance at Humboldt State on Dec. 5 put him over the mark. He is just the third Triton to accumulate 1,000 points during the team's NCAA Division II era (since the 2000-01 season). Overall, he is the 12th player in program history to join the club. McCann currently has 1,213 career points, second on UCSD's Division II list. Jordan Lawley (2006-10) holds the mark with 1,398 points.

TRITON NOTES
Treavon Francis had a career-high seven points vs. Humboldt State last week ... Hunter Walker's 10 rebounds vs. Humboldt State were a career-best ... The Spirit Night attendance of 3,902 vs. Cal State Dominguez Hills on Jan. 24 was the second-highest ever for a men's basketball game at RIMAC Arena ... Aleks Lipovic set several career highs vs. CSUDH, including points (23), field goals made (8), field goals attempted (13), threes made (7) and threes attempted (12) ... Lipovic's seven threes were the most netted by a Triton since Mike Meza hit seven at Cal State East Bay on Feb. 18, 2012 ... Matt Bailey saw his first playing time of the season against CSUDH after recovering from injury ... James McCann has dished out five or more assists 14 times and has totaled 10 or more points in 17 of 18 games … Zach McMillan's 16 rebounds against UC Merced were a career-best and the most since Casey Ryan pulled down 20 against San Francisco State on Feb. 3, 2011 ... Three Tritons have posted a total of five double-doubles this season: McCann (3), Drew Dyer (1) and MacKenzie McCullough (1) ... Head coach Eric Olen earned his first career win on Nov. 15 with a 66-56 victory against Daemen College at RIMAC Arena … Olen's inaugural win came in his first career regular season contest ... McCANN EARNS SAN DIEGO HALL OF CHAMPIONS STAR OF THE MONTH HONOR
For the month of January, James McCann led UCSD in total points (156), scoring average (17.3 points/game), field goals made (48), field goals attempted (106), free throws made (50), free throws attempted (63), total rebounds (44), total assists (56), assists average (6.2), total minutes (307) and minutes average (34.1/game). He shot .453 overall from the field. McCann scored at least 12 points in all nine games played and totaled 20-plus points on three occasions. He recorded two double-doubles and set single game career-highs in free throws made (10), free throws attempted (14) and rebounds (10). McCann also broke UCSD's Division II career assists record.

McCANN NAMED CCAA PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Senior guard James McCann was named the CCAA Player of the Week on Jan. 28 after recording back-to-back double-doubles to lead UCSD to wins against Cal State Dominguez Hills and Cal State L.A. McCann averaged 12.5 points and 10 assists and hit a team-best 92% (11-12) of his free throws. It was the first weekly league honor in McCann's career. He is the second Triton to earn the award this season as sophomore forward Drew Dyer won it on Nov. 25, 2013.

DYER DAZZLES
Drew Dyer was named the CCAA Player of the Week on Nov. 25. The 6'6" forward recorded his first double-double of the season in a near victory over league favorite Cal State San Bernardino on Nov. 21. The Tritons fell in overtime, 77-73, despite 22 points and a career-high 14 rebounds from the sophomore. The Aurora, Colo., native was 7-for-16 from the floor, including a pair of treys, and capitalized on six-of-seven free throw opportunities. His 22 points and 14 rebounds, eight on the offensive side, were game-highs. It marked the first career conference award for Dyer.

HEAD COACH ERIC OLEN
Long-time UCSD assistant coach Eric Olen was named the program's 12th head coach on Oct. 1, 2013. Olen joined the Tritons as a second assistant for the 2004-05 season and was promoted to first assistant the next season. He was on the bench during the 2007-08 campaign when UCSD won its first-ever CCAA Tournament title and earned its first berth in the NCAA Tournament. As a player at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Ala., Olen helped the Badgers to three straight appearances in the NAIA National Tournament, including trips to the NAIA Elite Eight in 2000 and 2001.

ABOUT THE WILDCATS
Chico State enters Friday's game at 14-4 overall and in third place in the CCAA at 10-4. Receiving votes in this week's NABC national poll, the Wildcats have won 19 of their last 20 games at Acker Gym. CSUC has won three straight, including home tilts last week against Sonoma State (76-68) and San Francisco State (71-57).

ABOUT THE SERIES
Chico State holds an 18-11 advantage in the all-time series against UC San Diego. On Jan. 4 in La Jolla, the Wildcats took a 73-50 victory behind Jordan Semple's 25 points and 10 rebounds and 51% team shooting. James McCann led the Tritons with 15 points, while Drew Dyer had eight boards.

ABOUT THE WARRIORS
Cal State Stanislaus comes into the week at 13-5 overall and tied with Cal State L.A. for fourth in the CCAA at 9-5. The Warriors host league-leading Cal State San Bernardino Friday night. Last week, they won both of their home games, downing San Francisco State (66-61) and Sonoma State (69-47).

ABOUT THE SERIES
Cal State Stanislaus leads the all-time series against UCSD, 20-16. The Warriors have won the last seven match-ups, with UCSD picking up its last victory in February of 2010. On Jan. 3 at RIMAC Arena, CSUS won by a score of 70-64. Marcus Bell tallied a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds, while Sam Marcus drained 21 points. Four Tritons finished with 10 or more points, including James McCann (19), Adam Klie (11), MacKenzie McCullough (10) and Hunter Walker (10).

CCAA TOURNAMENT RETURNS TO ONTARIO
The 2014 CCAA Championship Tournament returns to Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, Calif., March 6-8. This year, the tournament will feature a new format that includes 12 teams (six men's teams and six women's teams) instead of the previous 16-team field. All tournament games will be played at Citizens Business Bank Arena, with the first round campus site games eliminated. The top two men's teams and top two women's teams will receive a first-round bye, while the No. 3, 4, 5 and 6 seeds on each side will play a first round elimination game on Thursday, March 6. Semifinal games between the first-round winners and the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds will take place on Friday, March 7, and the championship games will be played on Saturday, March 8. The men's and women's teams that win the CCAA Tournament will receive automatic qualification into the 2014 NCAA Division II Championship Tournament.
