THIS YEAR’S SQUAD

The 2018-19 team is a mix of six returners of five newcomers. Among the newcomers are four freshmen – including brothers Phillip and William Lan – and one transfer, Cody Duong, who comes to UC San Diego from American River College.

After graduating three seniors this past spring, this year’s senior class is again comprised of three scholar-athletes. Marc Isaia, Sreeganesh Manoharan, and Marius Ruh are all fourth-year seniors.

LAST YEAR’S RESULTS

Last season, the Tritons finished with an even 10-10 record in dual matches. UC San Diego was vying for a spot in the NCAA Championship, but came up just short as they fell to then-No. 15 Azusa Pacific, 4-3, to end their season.

WHAT’S NEXT

The autumn action will pick back up on Nov. 7, as the Tritons compete at the Southern California Intercollegiate Championships in Los Angeles. UC San Diego’s spring schedule will be released at a later date.
