AT UC SAN DIEGO: The 2008 senior co-captain notched a career-best 221 saves in 2007, the sixth highest single-season mark in school history... split time in goal during the 2006 season and recorded 80 saves as a sophomore... played in 50 quarters as a redshirt freshman in 2005... made 97 saves with a 5.28 GAA... redshirt in 2004 after transferring from San Diego State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Temescal Canyon HS in Lake Elsinore, Calif. where she played on the volleyball, swimming, water polo and soccer teams... two-time All-League honors in water polo and swimming... second-team All-CIF in 2003 on the water polo team... two-time MVP of the water polo and volleyball teams... named her high school’s Athlete of the Year in 2003... notched 254 saves in her final season and holds the school record for assists and saves in a season... other school honors include the Govenor’s Scholar Share recipiant and the Female Vocalist of the Year (Shaw Choir).

PERSONAL: Born October 30, 1985 in Upland, Calif.... parents are Dave and Diane Hockett... has two sisters, Natalie and Stephanie... Natalie was a two-meter player on the UCSD water polo team from 2004-07... double major History and Religious Studies in Muir College... career goals include becoming a History professor and coaching water polo.
