AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007: Recorded eight saves as the closer for the Tritons... the eight saves is the UCSD single-season record for saves in a season... recorded a streak of 10 straight appearances without giving up a run.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006: Saw action in three games pitching 2.1 innings... allowed two hits and one run, striking out one with a 3.86 ERA.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005: Redshirted the 2005 season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Bullard HS in Fresno, Calif. where he played baseball for coaches Todd Johnson and Casey Rowe... earned team MVP honors for three seasons and also earned first-team all-league honors... statistical bests included a .378 batting average and five homeruns.

PERSONAL: Born May 5, 1986 in Fresno, Calif.... the son of Jim and Debbie Barham... parents graduated from Fresno State University... has two older siblings, Drew Barham and Jenn Robertson... an Economics major in Warren College... other interests include playing golf and learning to surf.
