As a Sophomore in 2008-09: Earned All-American accolades after recording a team-best 13 wins, 85 touches and a ninth-place finish in men's foil at the 2009 National Collegiate Fencing Championships in University Park, Pa... advanced to the championships after taking third-place at the West Regionals... at the largest team meet of the season at Notre Dame where the Tritons competed against nine different universities, Dorn scored a team-high 21 victories.

As a Freshman in 2007-08: Placed 18th in the men's foil at the 2008 National Collegiate Fencing Championships after scoring nine victories and 71 touches... earned an automatic berth to the championships after being crowned foil champion at NCAA West Regional... won gold in the foil at the 2007 Collegiate Open in Irvine.
