HIGH SCHOOL: Attended El Capitan High School in Lakeside, Calif... scored 142 goals during senior year... led team to a 20-8 record... squad advanced to CIF during all four years on team.

PERSONAL: Born February 23, 1988... parents are Peter Halmay and Mary Klein... grandfather was a member of the 1936 Olympic rowing team... Cognitive Science major in Sixth College... hobbies include swimming, reading, and surfing.
