2009-2010 Freedom Forum-NCAA Sports Journalism Scholarship The Freedom Forum, in cooperation with the NCAA, is seeking scholarship applications from college juniors with career goals in sports journalism, majors in journalism or experience in campus sports journalism.
The Darcy and Robert Bingham Endowed Undergraduate Scholarship Fund The Darcy and Robert Bingham Endowed Scholarship Fund supports scholarships for undergraduate students working at UCSD.
Walter Byers Postgraduate Scholarship Program Under this program, the NCAA awards one male and one female student-athlete annually. This postgraduate scholarship is in recognition of outstanding academic and athletic achievement and potential for success in postgraduate study.
NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship Program These scholarships are awarded by the NCAA to up to 174 student-athletes (87 male, 87 female) who excel academically, athletically and in the community, who are in their final year of intercollegiate athletics competition.
NCAA Top VIII The Today's Top VIII Awards provide the NCAA with the opportunity to honor eight outstanding senior student-athletes of the preceding calendar year.
Ethnic Minority and Women's Enhancement Postgraduate Scholarship for Careers in Athletics The goal of the enhancement programs is to increase the pool of and opportunities for qualified minority and female candidates in intercollegiate athletics through postgraduate scholarships specifically for careers in the field of Athletics.
NCAA Internship Program The NCAA offers one-year internships at its national office in Indianapolis, Indiana, providing on-the-job learning experiences for college graduates from a four-year NCAA member institution who express an interest in pursuing a career in the administration of intercollegiate athletics.
Academic Momentum This award recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated a significant academic improvement throughout their collegiate career and celebrates their ability to balance academics and athletics.
NCAA Woman of the Year The NCAA Woman of the Year award honors senior student-athletes for their collegiate achievements in service, leadership, athletics and academics
NACWAA The National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators (NACWAA) two-year internship program's responsibilities include publications, website management, marketing, event management, programming, membership services, and other areas as assigned. Bachelor's degree required.
NCAA Sportsmanship Award This award honors student-athletes who, through their actions in the competitive arena of intercollegiate athletics, have demonstrated one or more of the ideals of sportsmanship, including fairness, civility, honesty, unselfishness, respect and responsibility.
CocaCola Community All-American The Coca-Cola Community All-Americans program is designed to help institutions recognize, celebrate and applaud student-athletes who are making a difference in their communities.
NCAA Internship Program One-year internship at NCAA office in Indianapolis, Indiana, providing on-the-job learning experiences for college graduates who express an interest in pursuing a career in the administration of intercollegiate athletics. These are paid, 12-month positions.
NCAA Jim McKay Scholarship Program This award honors one male and one female in recognition for outstanding academic achievement and potential to make a major contribution in the sports communications industry
