AS A JUNIOR IN 2010-11
Competed in six events at the NCAA Championships ... At the PCSC Championships, competed in five events ... Helped the Tritons to a 1st place finish in the 200 medley relay (1:30.40) with a 20.07 split ... He also helped the 400 medley relay team to a 1st place finish (3:20.10) ... Won the 50 free with a time of 20.70 ... Earned 2nd place in the 100 free (45.68) and 400 free relay (3:02.11) ... Named to the Athletics Director's Honor Roll at the Silver Level (GPAs 3.300 to 3.499).
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009-10
Received all-conference and All-American honors for the second-straight year ... At the NCAA Division II National Championships, he helped the 400 free relay team to a second-place finish with a 44.76 split and then guided the Tritons' 200 free relay group to third place after finishing the race with a 19.83 split ... Also took 13th in the 100 free (45.69) and 22nd in the 50 free (20.97) ... At the Pacific Collegiate Swimming Conference championships, placed fourth in the 50 free (20.83) and fourth in the 100 free (45.82) ... Ended the school year on the Athletics Director's Honor Roll at the Bronze Level (GPAs from 3.00 to 3.299).
Earned All-PCSC and All-American accolades ... Competed in the 50 free at the NCAA Division II Championships, posting a time of 20.70 that ranks fifth in the UCSD record books ... At the PCSC Championships, helped the Tritons to a second-place finish in the 400 free relay and a first-place finish in the 200 free relay ... Also took 11th place in the 100 free with a 46.84 mark and seventh place in the 50 free with a time of 21.03 ... Part of the 400 free relay foursome that took second at the Nike Cup.
