Competed in both the 200 dash and the 400 for the Tritons ... Contended in the 200 at the UCSD Triton Invitational, where he placed 52nd overall with a time of 24.07 ... During the same meet, crossed the finish line in the 400 with a season-best time of 52.67 to finish in 37th place ... Finished 45th overall in the 400 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (52.97).
A 2010 graduate of Robert Service High School in Anchorage, Alaska ... Was third leg of winning team that holds the state-record time of 7:54.39 in the 4x800 relay, which occurred at the Alaska School Activities Association (ASAA) 4A State Champs meet during his senior year (2010) ... Ran opening leg of 4x400 relay at the Region IV Championships, helping the Cougars to a first-place finish and his team-best time of 3:28.6 as a senior (2010) ... His 4x400 relay team took third at the ASAA 4A State Champs meet, where he also ran the first leg (3:33.32) during his final year at RSHS (2010) ... Clocked a time of 50.69 in the 400 at the prelims of the ASAA 4A State Champs meet to finish fifth overall before placing fifth again in the finals (50.99) as a senior (2010) ... Won the 400 at the Palmer Invite (51.02) during his senior campaign (2010) ... Finished in first place in the 800 at the 1 Day Limited meet, crossing the finish line in 1:59.1 ... Settled for sixth and eighth place, respectively, in the prelims (2:11.05) and finals (2:20.29) of the 800 at the Region IV Championships during his fourth year at RSHS (2010) ...
