AS A JUNIOR IN 2014
Team captain ... CCAA Athlete of the Week (3/17) ... Won the javelin event in his first two meets of the season, each with automatic NCAA qualifying marks, at home in All-Cal Championships (3/8) and San Diego Collegiate Challenge (3/15) ... In latter meet, broke his own meet record with a personal-record toss of 229'3", which at the time, was the longest javelin throw at any level of collegiate track and field for 2014.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2012
Competed in the javelin at the CCAA Championships, where he threw a personal-best distance of 199'1" to place second overall ... Tossed the javelin 192'10" at the Cal State L.A. Last Chance Qualifier, placing fifth overall to end his season ... Won the javelin at the Soka Peace Invitational upon throwing a top distance of 192'10" ... Matched his personal-best mark of 5'10" in the high jump at the 16th Annual Rossi Relays, finishing in a tie for eighth place.
