Also part of Mustangs' cross country teams which won back-to-back SVL Championships (2008-09) and one SCL Championship (2010) ... Earned her first varsity letters in cross country and track as a sophomore in 2009 and 2010, respectively ... Was named a "scholar-athlete" (2010) ... Awarded "Most Outstanding Track Athlete Team Award" at the end of her freshman and sophomore years (2009-10) ... Competed in the 800-meter run during track season, turning in a top time of 2 minutes, 23.11 seconds for her second-place showing at the Trabuco Hills Invitational as a senior (2012) ... Contended in the 1,600, earning a fifth-place finish with her personal-best time of 5:42.65 at the Trabuco Hills/Asics Invitational and Distance Carnival during her junior year (2011) ... Ran a personal-best time of 18:37 in cross country at the 31st Annual Woodbridge Cross Country Classic to finish 96th overall as a senior (2011) ... Earning a personal best with her six teammates in the Woodbridge Invitational Sweepstakes Race is her most memorable moment in cross country ... Loves sleeping, biking, reading, surfing and hiking ... Cheers for Chelsea FC, the New York Mets, the U.S. Track & Field team and the U.S. Soccer team ... Considers Andrew Wheating and Lolo Jones as her favorite athletes ... Mia Hamm, THHS distance coach Liam Clemons and her friend, Ken, are among her greatest influences ...
