AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2011-12
Spent majority of the season at No. 4 singles for the Tritons, ending season with remarkable 14-2 overall record ... Played last three matches of season at No. 2 singles, going 2-0, including a three-set, 6-1, 1-6, 6-4 victory over No. 16 Abilene Christian (4/15) ... Won three of four singles matches against Division-I opponents, including UC Riverside (2/16), Villanova (3/6) and Connecticut (3/14) ... Earned a 6-1 record in No. 3 doubles when partnered with Sam Ling, recording wins against No. 2 West Florida (4/5) and No. 3 Barry (4/7) with scores of 9-7 and 8-4, respectively ... Ended season in No. 2 doubles with 8-3 win against Point Loma Nazarene (4/20) ... Voted MVP and Most Improved by teammates after season ended.
