Ran a personal-best time of 1:55.84 in the 800 meters at the Central Coast Section (CCS) Championships, finishing fourth overall as a senior (2012) ... Won the 800 at the meet against Fremont and Homestead (2:02.33) during his senior year (2012) ... At the same meet, ran a personal-best time of 12:16.31 to place fourth overall in the 3,200 ... In dual meet against Wilcox, had a personal-record time of 53.44 in the 400 to place first during his senior year (2012) ... Anchored 4x400 relay team at the Santa Clara Valley Athletic League (SCVAL) El Camino League Finals for his team-best time of 3:32.71, which was good enough for a third-place finish during his final year (2012) ... Turned in a 13th-place showing as opening leg of the 4x800 relay at the Arcadia Invitational, clocking in at 8:22.82 during his fourth year at MVHS (2012) ...
