AS A JUNIOR IN 2007-08: Made 29 appearances off the bench for the Tritons last season... Posted averages of 4.5 points, 1.1 rebounds, and 0.7 assists per game... A pure shooter, he led the team shooting 47.3% from behind the three-point arc and ranked fifth hitting 40 of his 80 shots overall... In fact, 26 of his 40 field goals were from three-point territory... Set the school record for free-throw pecentage in a season, hitting 24-of-25 attempts at the line, which was a blistering 96%... Scored in double figures four times during the season, including a career-high 17-point effort against Sonoma State February 9... He made 5-of-6 three-point attempts and went 6-for-7 overall to help lead UCSD to a convincing 82-61 win over the Seawolves... The five treys were the most by a Triton in a game in 2007-08... Shot 4-of-6 from the field and 3-for-4 from three to finish with 13 points in UCSD’s next game, a 64-63 home win over Cal State L.A....Dished out a career-best four assists to go with seven points in UCSD’s upset of No. 5 Cal State San Bernardino on January 19.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006-07: Played in 10 games for UCSD during the 2006-07 season... Scored first two points of collegiate career at Sonoma State on January 6... Notched then-career-highs of 11 points, three steals, and three rebounds at Cal State Stanislaus on February 2... Sent game against Cal State Stanislaus into a fourth overtime period with a game-tying three-pointer in the final seconds of the third extra session... Scored six points and added two steals and three rebounds in Triton season finale.

HIGH SCHOOL:
  A 2004 graduate of Valencia High School in Valencia, Calif... As a junior he helped his team to a 22-6 record and an 8-2 league record, averaging 12.6 points per game while making 64 three-pointers and swiping 67 steals on the season... Averaged 15.7 points while posting 108 assists, 93 steals, and 133 rebounds during his senior campaign in which the team went 16-14 on the season... Left Valencia High School as the all-time career steals leader with 160... Had a career-best game against El Camino High School, dropping 26 points to go along with seven rebounds, seven assists, and eight steals... Played club basketball for the Storm of the ARC San Fernando Valley.

Born January 30, 1986... Parents are Alan and Ruth Husted... Has an sister named Darlene who is married to Oscar Nunez... Has two nephews named Jordan and Jaden... is a Human Biology major at Warren College.
