Won a pair of matches in his pool of men's foil at the 16th Annual BladeRunner Tournament to place 22nd overall (10/29-10/30) ... Finished second overall in men's foil at the Collegiate Open, winning five of six matches in his pool before reaching the Gold Medal Bout to face teammate Michael Fong in the Direct Elimination Round (11/6) ... Put together a 12-3 record in men's foil while leading the men to a fourth-place finish at the Air Force-hosted NCAA West Invitational (1/9) ... Placed sixth in men's foil during the IFCSC Individual Championships, reaching the Final 8 of the Direct Elimination Round after winning half of the four matches in his pool (2/11-2/12) ... AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2010-11
Started season at the Collegiate Open with a five-match pool sweep before advancing to the Final 8 of the Direct Elimination Round to finish sixth overall (10/24) ... At the UC Irvine Duals, was undefeated to help the men's foil squad to a 51-3 record (11/7) ... Placed 17th at the 15th Annual BladeRunner Tournament, where he won all five matches in his pool (11/13-11/14) ... Part of men's foil team that took home conference title at IFCSC Individual Championships (2/26).
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2009-10
Opened the season with a third-place finish in men's foil at the Collegiate Open, held at UC Irvine, where he swept his four-match pool and reached the Final 4 of the Direct Elimination Round (10/18) ... Finished the Stanford-hosted NCAA West Invitational with a 3-1 record (11/14) ... Went undefeated (4-0) in men's foil against Cal Tech and UCI (11/21) ... Won three of six matches in his pool during his 22nd-place showing at the 14th Annual BladeRunner Tournament (1/2-1/3) ... Was nearly perfect (11-1) at the Intercollegiate Fencing Conference of Southern California Championships, helping the Tritons earn their third consecutive IFCSC Championship while taking first in the men's foil (2/20).
