A 2012 graduate of Troy High School in Fullerton ... All-American in the 200 free and 500 free during his junior and senior years with the Warriors (2011-12) ... Freeway League MVP as a senior (2012) ... Finished second place in the 200 free at the CIF Division II Championships in back-to-back years (2011-12) ... Also finished third in the 500 free at the 2012 CIF D-II Championships ... Holds THS record in the 200 free (1:39.57), which he earned in 2012 ...
