AS A FRESHMAN IN 2013
Represented UCSD in the high jump, long jump, and triple jump at the CCAA Track and Field Championships … He placed second in the long jump with a distance of 23’10.75, which was also an NCAA B cut qualifier and the second longest measurement cleared by a Triton in program history … He was sixth in the high jump (6’02.75) and eleventh in the triple jump (39’05.75) … He got his season best high jump at the Pomona Pitzer Invitational, with a measure of 6’6.75 and a third place finish overall, as well as the ninth-highest measurement in UCSD history … Had a great turn out at the UCSD Triangular meet with a first place finish in the triple jump and long jump …. Also a third place finish in the high jump … His first place finish in the triple jump with a length of 46’0" was an eight all-time best for UCSD.
A 2012 graduate of Redwood Christian High School in San Lorenzo ... First Team All-League in the high jump, triple jump and long jump ... Co-captain of the RCHS track and field team ... Named "Most Inspirational" on his track and field team ... Hit a personal-best height of 6'6" in his winning high-jump performance at the North Coast Section (NCS) Class A Championships during his senior year (2012) ...
