AS A SENIOR IN 2010: Named to Daktronics NCAA Division II Men's Soccer All-America Second Team, Daktronics/NCAA Division II All-West Region First Team and All-CCAA First Team... Led the team with four goals and eight points... Also led the team with a .250 shooting percentage... Scored the game-winner in a two-goal performance in the 100th minute in a 3-2 win over Chico State on October 15... CCAA Player of the Week for the week of October 11-17... Started all 18 of UCSD matches, finishing second on the team with 1,708 minutes played... Tied the game in a 1-1 draw against Humboldt State on September 17.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2009: A stalwart for UCSD’s backline, he played consistently solid defense for a squad that posted a goals against average of 1.05 in 2009... The Tritons allowed 22 goals while facing 305 shots in 20 matches... Earned All-CCAA Honorable Mention accolade and also was named to the NSCAA All-West Region Third Team... Appeared in and started 19 matches while adding a goal and an assist... Finished the year on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll at the Bronze Level (includes GPAs from 3.00-3.299).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2008: Started in all of UCSD’s 18 contests, earning a spot on the All-CCAA Second Team... While anchoring the Triton defense, ranked tied for third on the squad with three goals... Tallied two game-winning scores off headers, the first coming in the 90th minute to secure a 2-1 victory at home over Cal State San Marcos on Sept. 5 with the second opening the scoring in a 3-0 home win against Cal Poly Pomona on Sept. 26... Ended the year on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll at the Bronze Level.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007: Played in all of UCSD’s 17 matches and earned the starting nod in 15 of those contests... Awared with an All-CCAA Honorable Mention at the close of the season... Concluded the year on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll at the Bronze Level.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of nearby University City High School in San Diego… Helped team to Western League and CIF Division 2 Championships as a sophomore… Was named First Team All-Western League and team MVP as a senior.

PERSONAL: Born Sept. 27, 1989 in San Diego… Parents are Ray and Donna Kukura… Has two siblings named Adam and Chelsea… Is a Biochemistry and Cell Biology major at Muir College... Aspires to work with pharmaceutical development.
