LA JOLLA, Calif. - The Triton Athletes' Council (TAC) helped make the holidays a bit brighter for 12 local families from Neighborhood House Association's Emergency Food Program, HIV/AIDS Case Management Program and Friendship Clubhouse Program through its annual Adopt-A-Family program.

Student-athletes visited the organization's South San Diego location to drop off presents and grocery gift cards to families in need. The items were purchased with money donated by UCSD student-athletes, coaches and administration.

The NHA is San Diego County's largest multi-purpose human services agency. The organization helps thousands of individuals and families improve their quality of life by providing vital social services including employment, healthcare, child, family and senior services.
