LA JOLLA, Calif. — University of California San Diego junior forward Haleigh Hatfield has been named to the NCAA West Region All-Tournament Team, which was voted on by members of the media Monday evening and announced following the West Region Final.

Hatfield posted two double-doubles and made 7-of-10 3-point attempts in two West Region Tournament contests last weekend, finishing as the Tritons’ second-leading scorer with 15.0 points per game and the team’s leading rebounder with 12.0 per contest.

A native of Winston-Salem, N.C., Hatfield made four 3-pointers en route to scoring 18 points with 10 rebounds in a West Region Quarterfinal victory over Dominican on March 15, and followed it up by scoring 12 points along with a team-best 14 rebounds against Azusa Pacific in the West Region Semifinals on March 16.
