DAVIS, Calif. - University of California San Diego men’s water polo senior Arman Momdzhyan earned Western Water Polo Association (WWPA) Player of the Week honors for the week of Nov. 2. The league made the announcement on Thursday.

The utility player led No. 13 UC San Diego to its sixth-straight conference win after the Tritons defeated Santa Clara by a score of 13-9 last Friday in La Jolla. UCSD owns a perfect 6-0 record in WWPA play and currently sits on top of the conference standings behind a one-game lead.

The marks Momdzhyan’s second weekly honor of the season after he took home the conference recognition for the week of October 11.
