AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007: Ran in three meets in his first campaign with the Tritons... crossed the finish line with a time of 23:46.9 in the season-opening dual meet with Point Loma, good enough for 14th place overall... followed that performance with a 127th place finish at the UC Irvine Invitational, recording a time of 27:50.40... also ran in the Triton Classic, finishing eighth among UCSD runners and 40th overall at 35:32.5.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Arcadia High School in Arcadia, Calif... participated in tennis, track, and cross country... team finished 3rd in Division I during the 2005 season and finished 7th in 2006... named to All-Pacific league team... selected as Rotary Student Athlete of the Month and US Army Student Athlete of the Year... recorded personal bests of 15:15 in the 3 mile, 15:53 in the 5k, and 9:55 in the 3200.
