AS A JUNIOR IN 2007: Played each and every single one of the team’s 1,668 minutes during her junior campaign... tabbed as the West Region’s top goalkeeper in a vote conducted by the region’s sports information directors... her goals against average of 0.54, ranking second in the CCAA and 12th in the nation, helped lead the Tritons to a 12-4-2 record and a No. 4 regional seed in the NCAA Division II Championships.. made 57 saves and compiled an .851 save percentage while limiting opponents to only 10 goals on the year... recorded 10 shutouts  in 07... also took home All-CCAA First Team honors as well as being named to the CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Second Team Academic All-District VIII.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006: Started every game for the Tritons... posted a CCAA best 0.47 goals-against average, which also ranked in the top-10 nationally... recorded eight shutouts on the year, including two in the CCAA Soccer Championship Tournament... allowed only 11 goals in over 2,117 minutes of play... notched 60 saves on the season, including a season-high of six in the 1-0 blanking of Cal State Dominguez Hills at home on Sept. 12... played all but 93 of the team’s minutes on the year.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005: Made five appearances in goal during her rookie season... played in just over 110 minutes of action, making four saves, allowing no goals and chipping in on five shutouts... played the entire second half of the Tritons’ 11-0 victory over Central Washington on Sept. 8... logged over 26 minutes in the 7-0 win over Western Oregon on Sept. 1... longest action in CCAA play came in the 6-0 win at home over Cal State Monterey Bay, playing the final 17:41 of that match.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2005 graduate of Chaminade College Prep... lettered in soccer... posted nine shutouts, six of which were in league play, while allowing only four goals in league play during her senior season.

PERSONAL: Born Feb. 10, 1987... parents are Timothy and Andria McGovern... is a Psychology major and Cognitive Science minor in Revelle College... enjoys photography and art in her spare time... aspires to be a practicing clinical psychologist.
