during his first event of the year at the Sonoma State Invitational, finishing
with a three-round total of 221… Was UCSD’s second overall individual finisher
at the Grand Canyon/Thunderbird Invite, recording rounds of 76, 75, and 73 for
an eight-over par, 224… Finished his season at the Hanny Stanislaus Invitational
with a three-round total of 243.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007-2008: Played in six events in his second season at UCSD... Owned a scoring average of 77.6 in 17 rounds... Placed third at the SDSU Intercollegiate Classic with a two-round total of 6 over-par, 150... Finished 21st at the Sonoma State Invitational with a final score of +6, 221... Finished 38th at the Cal State San Marcos Invitational with a final score of +15, 231... His best round of the season came in the third at the Sonoma State Invitational, when he carded a 71.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006-07: Played in two events during his rookie campaign with the Tritons... Registered a scoring average of 78.0 in his six competitive rounds... Finished 34th at the Chico State Invitational with a three round total of 18-over par, 234... Finished in a tie for 37th place at the CSUB/ELCO Invitatonal with his three round total of 18-over par, 234... Best round of the season came in the second round of the Chico State Invitational, carding a 1-over par, 73.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Agoura High School... Shot back-to-back rounds of 72 at the U.S. Junior Amateur and 74 at the SCGA Amateur qualifier... Participated in the SCGA men’s amateur (May 2006), the U.S. Junior Amateur (July 2005) and the US Amateur qualifying (July 2006)... Had a 73.5 scoring average, ranked 221 for juniors and is a FCWT winner.
