Named UCU Athlete of the Week (
April 21)...Appeared in 38 games, making 32 starts primarily at first base…Finished with a .272 batting average…Collected 34 hits, 38 RBI and 28 runs scored…Knocked 11 doubles, one triple and nine home runs…Recorded a .592 slugging percentage and .380 on base percentage…Had 10 multi-hit games and nine multi-RBI performances…Hit the Tritons’ first inside-the-park grand slam of the Division I era vs No. 8 UC Irvine (May 2)…Hit a season-best three hits in four games…Went 3-for-5 with four RBI, one run scored, a double and a homer vs Long Beach State (March 22)…Recorded three hits in back-to-back games—going 3-for-3 with three RBI, three runs scored, two doubles, two walks and a home run at San Diego State (April 15) and finishing 3-for-5 with four RBI, two runs scored, a triple and a home run at UC Riverside (April 17)…Went 3-for-5 with five RBI, three runs scored and two home runs vs UC Santa Barbara (April 26)…Drove in four runs three different times and recorded five RBI twice.

Big West Spring All-Academic Team…Big West Commissioner's Honor Roll...Appeared in 32 games, making 12 starts and splitting time between DH and catcher…Finished with a .200 batting average, 12 hits, 11 RBI and 14 runs scored…Knocked seven doubles and two home runs…Recorded a .417 slugging percentage and .314 on base percentage…Had two multi-RBI performances.
AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2023
Big West Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Appeared in seven games and recorded his first hit (an RBI double) as a Triton against Long Beach State on March 18….Made his UC San Diego debut as a pinch hitter on Feb. 17 against Grand Canyon.
