Biography
AS A JUNIOR IN 2006-07: Earned PCSC All-Conference and NCAA All-American honors... recorded an eighth-place finish in the 200 free at Nationals with a time of 1:42.63... helped the 800 free relay team to an eighth-place finish at the NCAA’s in 6:53.74... also at Nationals, the 400 free relay team notched a third-place finish as Oliver swam the third leg in UCSD’s 3:00.80 time.
VENTURA COLLEGE: WSC champion in the 100 and 200 fly... honors included All-American, All Western State Conference Scholar Athlete, 2006 All America Academic Team Member.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended St. Bonaventure HS where he was a CIF semifinalist on the relay teams... also recorded his top times in the 100 fly and 200 free... also a member of the Buenaventura Swim Club and Rio Mesa Swim Club.
PERSONAL: Born August 5, 1986... parents are John and Terry Oliver... parents are graduates of Ventura College... has two siblings named Dianna and Frankie... lists hobbies as music and bodysurfing... a General Biology major in Muir College.
